My colleague referred me to Smile Care Agency, a single phone call made us feel comfortable, we received 5 profiles of carers, we had to choose one from the list, we interviewed all of them, honestly I could have taken all of them because they genuinely loves supporting people in need, we could hear the passion in their voices. We enjoyed our holiday with a peace of mind, we were in contact with the carer and receiving updates each day. I was referred by a friend to contact Smile Care Agency Ltd when I was looking for a care company to look after my mother-in-law as we needed a break. I was impressed by the lady who answered the phone, she promised that someone will contact me, in few minutes I got a call and arranged for an assessment. Within 24 hours the service had started, very professional carers and the whole team was very supportive and helpful. We would really with no doubt recommend anyone needing care to give them a call.

Smile Care Agency is of the highest standard. J is most professional and dedicated in giving the best service to all his clients. His personnel are all very reliable, honest, trustworthy and caring and I would recommend his services to all my friends, if needed. J looked after my late partner for over 5 years and became more like a friend than a carer. My partner was very well looked after by him personally, unfortunately he was in a wheelchair and J had to do everything for him, a more compassionate person you will never find. (Rita Squires)

Care Worker J looked after my husband, Chris, for two weeks following his return home from hospital. He was unfailingly polite and caring, and very respectful of Chris‘s sensitivities. J was also very flexible and willing to stay late on the occasions that I could not get back home by 5 PM.
